Philosopher and Warrior, not a title of opposites, but a complementary name of necessary means. Like the famed "Yin" and "Yang" you need both in life as balance. We do Martial Arts, Fitness Training, Adventure Training, Health and Fitness activities, Bootcamps and much more!
WHY JOIN? Members can train regularly, grade and rank in the martial arts system, attend seminars for discounted rates, have your training recorded and credited, attend member only sessions, get preferential private classes and so much more.
Training and grading is offered through a monthly membership
Membership is open to Adults, Youth (teens) and Children. We have a unique system of training and at the core it is all about personal development.
Philosopher and Warrior is not a term of opposites but one of balances and depth. While the combative elements are very effective, it is not all about fighting. Students are taught health, fitness, diet, nutrition, anatomy, physiology, history, communication, adventure activities and personal development.
Regular classes are 2 hours and we offer regular seminars too. Gradings are followed for progression in the martial arts. Our membership is structured as
ADULTS (Aged Over 18s) - which we call part of the Knight's Class
YOUTH (Aged 12 to 17 years) - which we call part of the Squires Class
CHILDREN (Aged 6 to 11 years) - which we call part of the Pages Class
Membership starts at $79 a month for one 2 class a week which additional membership activities and benefits.
