We ran our first bootcamp in 1994. There was an Adults one, one for teenagers and one for children.
Bootcamps are a great way to intensely train and focus on skills, knowledge and fitness goals.
We have bookcamps planed for 2014. Check back for the dates and this year's 'focus' where it is a martial Arts kids "bootcamp" or a "Fitness Bootcamp" or whatever, you will enjoy the format, and appreciate the certificate of Achievement upon completion!
