Since 1988, with the genesis of Philosopher and Warrior, we believed in a broad and functional basis for fitness along all intensity ranges.Just like life and martial arts, you need to be able to sustain your energy over time and also 'explode' out of the blocks to run and catch a bus, etc.
We also run fitness and health seminars, workshops and certification courses.

Diet & Nutrition

We provide specific training in all aspects of fitness such as stretching and range of motion (ROM) Exercises to strength development and weight training.
We also have fitness trainer qualifications and can assist in developing a fitness programme to apply for the emergency services, lose (fat) weight or gain muscle or whatever your fitness goals - we can help.
We have been teacing and providing services for many years are are well networked and have the latest information on training programmes and how to get results from your training etc.
