TACTICAL COMMUNCATIONS Conflict Management

"Professionally dealing with the public and diffusing aggressive behaviour with verbal and non-verbal messages." This course covers specialised communication skills training and conflict resolution techniques for the Police, Security and Law Enforcement professional. Other groups that benefit form this training include EMS and other medical professionals and well as managers and customer service staff who are also places in an enforcement or control role, such as liquor license staff.

This certification training course teaches how to approach, arrest and

handcuff a compliant and also a resistant subject. It combines the verbal

methodologies with court defensible and tried and tested tactics for the law enforcement professional, such as a Police Officer or Security personnel - who may have to investigate and arrest subjects using techniques designed to protect the officer, subject and public during the process and ideally turn a non-complient subject into a compliant one.

TACTICAL MEDIC I Care Under Fire

Also known colloquially with us, as "Tourniquets and Transport"! Care under fire is the care rendered by the first responder or combatant at the scene of the injury while he and the casualty are still under effective hostile fire. Available medical equipment is limited to that carried by the individual or by the medical provider in his or her aid bag. During our course we complete and comprehensively cover the First Phase - Care Under Fire and then also the overlap into the "Tactical Field Care" Phase.

TACTICAL BATON Expandable Baton (Use of Force)

This is a restricted course for authorised personnel only including Police, Security, CBSA / Customs, Immigration, Peace Officers, Armed Guards, etc.

This couse covers the methods to use tactically effective and court defensible techniques to control a resistance subject using an exandable (AKA Collapsible) baton. It includes the legal requirements and use of force standards for reporting the use of the Tactical Baton (i.e., Trade name ASP), as well as de-escalation methods have have been tried and tested over the years as effective and legally justified.

We have consulted on films and television and stage for authenticity and optics without giving certain 'strategies' that compromise security.... There are so many acting jobs these days that could use Police or Combat specialists skills from TV shows to Movies and many a stage show. Whether you are a SSE (Special Skills Extra) / Background Artist or Main Character in a Movie - having these skills would be a huge asset. But where do you get them? We will be offering a special foundation course with lots of tips and tricks to make you look authentic and increase your skills on set! (If you are not experienced but want this, then you start with our Foundation Course). This course includes basic tactical concepts, uniform and equipment, weapon handling for film, fight scene, basic tactical rope rappelling and graduation scenarios. (There are other levels above this for qualified and training actors / fight directors.)

Our Tactical Flashlight course is a comprehensive program based on the protective and self-defense aspects of carrying a flashlight, usually in a professional capacity. It starts with unarmed and less than leathal force options combines with verbalisation to grips and escalates to use with firearms and other control methods. We cover no, low and regular light uses as well as control methods using the flashlight alone. The design and technical specifics are also covered in such a way that ensures the operators now how but also why, they choose and use, certain types of Flashlight.
